If you don’t have a Restoration Hardware outlet near you, you can go onto the RH website and shop via the online store.
If you see items on the website with a ‘U’ icon, this means that you can pay the Unlimited Furniture Delivery flat rate for your order. This is $199 for addresses located within a suitable distance of a store, $329 for addresses within the extended areas and $449 for National addresses which are even further than the extended areas.
$1,199 is the flat rate shipping fee for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
This option is available for selected items to all areas of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
If you need items shipped to a US address, the courier used will be UPS. Most orders are shipped to arrive within 3-7 business days. Larger items may take longer, and others will take up to two weeks depending on which area you live in. Be aware that customized orders can take up to two months to arrive.
Items which are not marked by the ‘U’ icon on the website are not eligible for the flat rate shipping option, and therefore you will need to consult the Shipping Charges chart featured on the website.
Once you reach the checkout, you will be told how much your order will cost to ship and what the different options available to you are.
The rates for standard delivery start at $4.99 and increase to $50 for orders which are over the value of $500.
You will be able to order items to Canada, but you cannot get the Unlimited Furniture Delivery rates for your items, even if you’re ordering furniture which includes the icon. Once you input a Canadian address, you won’t be able to select this shipping option.
Instead a 20% fee will be added to your order to cover the shipping costs. Restoration Hardware free shipping codes do not apply to orders shipped to Canada, unless you find one online which specifically states international delivery is included.
The team at RH are aware that some people need their orders quickly, so there are a couple of other options besides the Standard delivery method.
2nd Day delivery is available at an extra charge of $15 per order. This means that you will receive your items within 2-3 business days.
If you’re in even more of a rush, why not use the Next Day delivery service? This will cost you an extra $25 per order on top of the standard shipping costs, but your products will arrive the next business day.
You cannot use expedited shipping methods for PO Box addresses, military addresses or locations in Canada. Furniture items cannot be delivered via either of these methods.

Non-furniture items can be returned within 30 days if the customer is not happy. Furniture items cannot be refunded if they simply do not fit through a door or entrance in your home. You will, however, be able to get store credit or an exchange.
