Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from Monday to Friday. We make sure to ship first before accepting payments. There are cases where some of the items may ship separately. However, due to international restriction policies, some items can't be shipped worldwide or aren't elligle for Thinkgeek promo codes. Feel free to check out our product page for more details.
Shipping Types
For shipments within U.S. (covering 48 states), we have the following shipping types you can take advantage of:
For standard shipping, expect item arrival within 2-6 business days after processing your order. This costs $6.95 in total. For expedited shipping, expect item arrival within 2-3 business days after processing your order, which will cost $12.95. For express shipping, expect item arrival after 1 business day following the processing of your order for a fee of $24.95 in total.
In terms of processing times, in-stock orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.
There will also be a $10 surcharge for every oversized item that weighs 15 pounds or more. Products that entail a surcharge fee are listed on the page.
For destinations outside of U.S., you can determine the shipping fees for your order once you check out your cart. You can then enter your postal code or country location in the Shipping Estimator field to get the final shipping cost.
How does the shipping code work?
Our free shipping option is applicable on orders of over $75 and also for people using Thinkgeek free shipping codes, but cannot be used on conjunction with other offers. This option can be used on the purchase of all kinds of items from the online store.
The waived shipping fee, however, only applies to our domestic buyers. Thinkgeek promotion codes are not always applicable on international destinations.
Where does the merchant ship?
Thinkgeek ships to all states of US as well as various international locations such as: Canada, Ireland, Ecuador, Latvia, Singapore, Egypt, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, South Africa, and Argentina among others. You can find the full list of countries we ship to in our shipping FAQ page. If you don’t find your country there, then it means we can’t possibly ship you your items.
Return Policy
Our return policy is one of the best in the industry. We accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns for any reason, unless for a cause that has already been duly noted on the product page.
However, there are items that are non-returnable such as food and underwear, to mention a few. All returned items must be in their pristine, original condition, complete with the tags, booklets, and labels it came with upon receiving the item.
We also require an RMA for every item that’s being returned or exchanged. To get your RMA, all you have to do is to go to the Order Management section of your Account. Find the item you want to return and click on the Return link to its right. Type how many you would like to return as well as your reason for doing so. A few additional instructions will then follow and you’ll get your RMA link.
