Shipping Types
Nuts offers different types of shipping. These are as follows:
A. FedEx SmartPost
Used to deliver packages that weigh less than 10 lbs. to home addresses located in all U.S.continental states, except Hawaii and Alaska. The package will be delivered by the post office together with the recipient’s mail. Deliveries are made from Monday through Saturday and usually takes 1-2 days more than Ground.
B. Ground
Nuts Ground uses a major carrier to deliver ground packages to residential addresses from Tuesday to Saturday, and to business addresses from Monday to Friday.
C. OnTrac
Used to ship packages from Nuts' Nevada facility to customers in Washington, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, California, and Arizona.
D. FPO/APO
USPS takes care of shipments to military delivery addresses.
Shipment Destinations
Nuts delivers to any state within the U.S. and Canada. Except for coffee and tea, products that are ordered for delivery within the U.S. before 4:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the same business day. For coffee and tea, orders must be placed before 8 a.m. EST for same business day shipping to be applied. For orders placed during weekends and holidays, shipping is done on the first business day after the order was placed.
Orders to Canada have a maximum delivery time of 1 week and are shipped every Tuesday and Friday. Duties on shipments to Canada are collected and prepaid by Nuts and orders placed using Nuts free shipping codes are completely free of charges, although duty still applies.
International destinations include the United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, Germany, Brazil, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, China, and Australia. Orders for these destinations are shipped on Wednesdays and have a maximum delivery period of 3 weeks. To avoid high import taxes and other fees, plus the possibility of delayed or returned delivery, Nuts recommends coordinating with the Customs office of these destinations to confirm if the products being ordered are allowed entry into the country.
Shipping Cost
Nuts makes use of an innovative tool they call their “Shipping Estimator” which can be found on the shipping page of their website, Nuts. By selecting the destination country, specifying the shipping date, entering the estimated quantity/amount of your order, and clicking the “Calculate” button, you will be provided with the following information: estimated delivery date, estimated price, and the carrier that will be used to ship your order. You can also use one of the many Nuts coupon codes available online.
Return Policy

If a customer wants to return something, he/she is encouraged to contact Nuts as soon as possible (ideally within one week upon receiving his/her order) so replacement of products or refund of payment can be processed immediately.
