B. Two Business Day Delivery
* Expected delivery is on the second business day after the order is placed.
* Cost ranges from $10.95 (for orders less than $25.00) to $22.95 (for orders over $300.00).
* Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are charged an additional $5.00 for a total minimum cost of $15.95 (for orders less than $25.00) to a maximum cost of $27.95 (for orders over $300.00).
* Not available for deliveries to Canada, Puerto Rico,and APO/FPO addresses.
C. Next Business Day Delivery
* Expected delivery is on the second business day after the order is placed.
* Cost ranges from $18.45 (for orders less than $25.00) to $30.45 (for orders over $300.00) for deliveries to the lower 48 states.
* Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are charged an additional $22.50 for a total minimum cost of $28.45 (for orders less than $25.00) to a maximum cost of $40.45 (for orders over $300.00).
* Not available for deliveries to Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and other non-suburban areas.
II. Destination: International
* Expected delivery is within 4 to 20 business days.
* Countries serviced by Borderfree, Inc. are charged by Borderfree in accordance with the fees imposed by the carrier. Borderfree generally shoulders the duties and taxes for the countries they service with the exception of Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Korea, India, Hong Kong, and China who are required to pay taxes and other fees to the carrier.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY PROTOCOLS

* Customized items like shirts and suits will take 4 to 5 weeks before shipping.* Jackets and trousers will be delivered in an unfinished state (except when specific alterations were requested) so finishing can be done by the recipient's own tailor.

RETURN POLICY
Brooks Brothers puts prime importance on customer satisfaction and will happily accommodate return or exchange of merchandise under the following conditions:

* Return should be done within 90 days upon purchase
* Item/s should be returned with the original receipt
If all conditions are met, return will be credited to the original form of payment. However, if the item is returned without the original receipt, a valid photo identification will be required before the company issues a credit for the lowest price.
